The images of the dishes are for reference only and certain features may be different (color, appearance, packaging, etc.). The delivery team of La Castel*** Restaurant presents you the products as clear and as detailed as possible, respecting the accuracy of the information.

The visitors of www.lacastel.ro website can submit comments and any other communications by using the contact forms or by email at delivery@lacastel.ro, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, or defamatory.

Litigations
SC. Euro Market Junior.SRL – Hotel Restaurant La Castel*** makes every effort to amiably settle any kind of litigation between the parties with the help of their representatives. If the settlement of litigation is not possible amiably, then litigation settlement shall be made by the competent Court of Justice from Romania.
Final provisions
If one of the above clauses shall be found void, regardless of the cause, it shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. Once the order is placed, the client accepts without objections the terms and conditions, their value being the same as a valid signed agreement.
